Job summary

First Federal Community Bank in Massillon seeks a Financial Center Manager to lead a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive local business development. You will mentor staff, coach for performance, and coordinate initiatives with the Retail & Branch Administration leadership to enhance community presence and financial center growth.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring efficient operations

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous banking leadership or branch management experience
• Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, consumer lending, and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking technologies

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Center team to achieve goals, coach and develop staff, and drive exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee consumer lending, new accounts, transactions, and customer experience activities while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Manage operations, audits, vendor relationships, and facility needs to support a secure, efficient center
• Develop local business development strategies, build community partnerships, and expand relationships with consumers and businesses
• Act as a visible ambassador for First Federal and participate in community events and initiatives
