Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Massage Manager to drive success in our spa, overseeing the organization, promotion, development and supervision of the Massage Therapists.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers.
• Recruit, hire and mentor Massage Therapists to promote growth through training and performance assessments.
• Monitor Therapists' revenue totals to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Ensure massage therapy rooms are maintained, with fresh sheets, clean and orderly.

As the Massage Manager, you will be responsible for the organization, promotion, development, and supervision of the Massage Therapists. The Massage Manager also holds all Massage Therapists accountable for provide cutting edge, personalized, and safe treatments and services that encourage repeat business.
