Responsibilities

• Provide best possible customer service to clients and act as their advocate with third parties.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide case updates.
• Contact medical providers and insurers on the client’s behalf.
• Enter data accurately in Litify CMS and organize documents.
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Prepare and file complaints and Plaintiff forms electronically.
• Support handling attorneys and complete CMS tasks timely.
• Track case expenses and manage supporting documents.
