Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers seeks a Mass Torts Paralegal to provide outstanding client service and act as an advocate with third parties. The role emphasizes communication, confidentiality, and timely data entry for assigned cases.

A strong interpersonal style and commitment to the community are valued. You will liaise with clients, medical providers, and insurers, assist with filing and document management, and support the case-handling attorney from intake to disbursal.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• Experience in legal, medical, or insurance industry preferred.
• Previous legal assistant or paralegal experience preferred.
• Competent computer literacy and ability to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients and support the case-handling attorney on all assigned matters.
• Maintain regular client communication and manage data entry in CMS/Litify.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties.
• Prepare and file electronic pleadings and Plaintiff Fact Sheets.
• Organize, save, and file matter-related documents; track case expenses.
