Job summary

Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers seeks a Mass Torts Paralegal to support attorneys and advocate for clients. The role emphasizes professional communication, data accuracy, and timely updates to clients and third parties.

You will handle data entry in Litify CMS, prepare filings, review medical records, and coordinate with providers and insurers to help secure outcomes for clients. A collaborative, client-focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide best possible customer service to clients and advocate with third parties.
• Contact clients at regular intervals to provide updates and gather information.
• Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies.
• Maintain low drop-out rate and timely client communication (1–2 business days).
• Enter and organize all case data in Litify CMS.
• Prepare and file complaints and Plaintiff Fact Sheets electronically.
• Support handling attorney with CMS tasks and matter plans.
• Draft correspondence and manage case-related documents.
