Job summary

Laborde Earles Injury Lawyers seeks a Mass Torts Paralegal to support attorneys and advocate for clients. The role emphasizes exceptional client communication, data accuracy, and efficient coordination with third parties.

You will manage medical records, bills, and filings in Litify CMS while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. This is a growth-minded firm focused on community service and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients and support the case-handling attorney on all assigned matters.
• Maintain data entry accuracy for all assigned cases in Litify CMS.
• Maintain confidential information including medical records and insurance details.
• Draft, save, mail, fax, and/or email correspondence and supporting documents.
• Prepare and submit Plaintiff Fact Sheets/Plaintiff Profile Forms electronically.
• Contact clients at regular intervals to provide updates and gather details.
• Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Review and summarize medical records and bills.
• Organize, save, and file matter-related documents.
• Ensure timely completion of CMS tasks by handling attorneys.
