BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in New Albany, IN. The attorney will manage litigation tasks, draft pleadings, handle discovery, and support trial preparation while coordinating with paralegals and case managers to meet court orders and firm standards.

The role emphasizes strategy development, supervision of staff, and experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify. A dynamic, fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• JD required and admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Mental flexibility to manage mass tort matters.
• Strong drafting, discovery, and trial prep skills.
• Ability to supervise paralegals and case managers.
• Proficient with litigation technology and MS Office.
• Knowledge of federal and state civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings developments.
• Direct paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify liability and damages proof avenues.
• Advise on venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlements and resolution efforts.
