Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Lexington, KY to manage complex litigation, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and support trial preparation. The attorney will coordinate with paralegals and case managers to ensure court orders and firm standards are met.

The role requires JD, state bar admission, and ability to handle fast-paced environments while mentoring others and utilizing CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
