Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney for their Bowling Green, KY office. The role focuses on managing complex litigation, drafting pleadings, supervising discovery, and aiding trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have a JD, admission to a U.S. state bar, and experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify. Leadership in coordinated MDL proceedings is a plus, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience in mass tort or complex litigation preferred.
• Ability to mentor and supervise others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and local rules.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
