The candidate should have a JD, 2+ years in litigation, and experience with complex cases. Proficiency in litigation tools like CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify is expected.

Qualifications

• JD required and at least 2 years of litigation experience.
• Prior experience with complex mass tort matters preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and litigation software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
