Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join the team in Owensboro, KY. The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership in coordinated proceedings.

The role requires JD and bar admission, and candidates should have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, plus experience with complex litigation and litigation technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
