Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Albuquerque, NM. The attorney will manage pleadings, discovery, and trial prep while coordinating with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The ideal candidate has a JD and bar admission, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and experience with complex litigation in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office and litigation technology is expected.

Qualifications

• JD is required and admission to at least one U.S. state bar is necessary.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities are essential.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred and ability to mentor others is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies for mass tort cases.
• Draft and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and review their work for accuracy.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venues for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
