Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our Albany, GA team. The attorney will manage complex litigation tasks, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation in coordination with paralegals and case managers.

The role requires a JD and admission to a U.S. state bar, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify is preferred for handling complex mass tort matters.

Qualifications

• JD required for practice in U.S. courts.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of state and federal civil procedure is preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment and discretion are required.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
