Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Chattanooga, TN to manage diverse litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. The role partners with paralegals and case managers to ensure court orders and firm standards are met. High performers may advance to leadership in coordinated proceedings.

The position supports collaboration across firm offices nationwide and requires JD with a U.S. bar admission.

Qualifications

• JD required and admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.
• Experience with complex litigation and potential mentoring is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle independent tasks.
• Proficiency with common litigation software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support strategic filing decisions and settlement efforts.
