Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort cases.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Guide paralegals and case managers.
• Identify liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement efforts.
