Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney for our Wichita, KS team. You will manage complex litigation from pleadings through trial preparation, coordinating with paralegals and case managers to align with court orders and firm standards.

The role requires a JD and bar admission, with a preference for proven mass tort and MDL experience. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• JD is required and admission to a state bar is mandatory.
• Experience with complex litigation is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue/jurisdiction for filings.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
