Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Detroit, MI is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our team. The attorney will manage pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation while leading coordination of mass tort matters.

Qualifications

• JD degree required and admission to a U.S. state bar.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation; complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring or supervising others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and case scheduling; support trial preparation.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Monitor developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Identify liability and damages proof; assist with venue decisions.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
