Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Washington, DC. The attorney will manage a broad set of litigation duties, including drafting pleadings, discovery management, and trial preparation support. This role collaborates with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

JD is required, with admission to at least one U.S. state bar. Experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
