Qualifications

• JD required and active bar admission in at least one US state.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities essential.

• Familiarity with state and federal civil procedure and e-discovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and ensure schedule compliance.
• Support trial preparation and coordinate MDL proceedings.
• Supervise paralegals and case managers on tasks.
