Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our client’s Marietta, GA team. The attorney will manage diverse litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, coordinating discovery, and supporting trial preparation, working closely with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

Candidates should hold a JD and have at least two years of litigation experience, with substantial exposure to complex matters.

Qualifications

• JD is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
