Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join their team. The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

This role offers opportunities for leadership in MDL/coordinated proceedings and requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, plus experience with complex litigation and state/federal procedure.

Qualifications

• JD required with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
