Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Atlanta, GA to manage diverse litigation tasks and coordinate with paralegals and case managers to meet court orders and firm standards.

You will lead litigation strategy, draft pleadings and motions, and oversee discovery and trial preparation in fast-paced environments. JD required with active US bar admission; experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Admission to at least one US state bar required.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft and file pleadings, amendments, and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor MDL/coordinated proceedings developments.
• Supervise paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify liability and damages proof.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
