Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Nashville, TN is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex litigation tasks including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation. You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The role requires a JD, admission to at least one U.S. state bar, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with CM/ECF,

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Bar admission to at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
