Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney in Nashville, TN. The attorney will handle drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership in coordinated proceedings.

The role requires JD with state bar admission, strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD required with admission to at least one US state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication throughout litigation.
• Ability to work independently and in teams on complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Manage discovery and maintain case management schedules.
• Support MDL/coordinated proceedings and trial prep.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers.
• Assess liability and damages and identify venues/jurisdictions.
• Assist with settlements and resolution efforts.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise others when needed.
