The ideal candidate holds a JD with U.S. bar admission and strong writing, analytical, and procedural skills, ready to lead strategy and discovery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD is required and must be admitted to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
• Familiarity with state and federal civil procedure is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor developments in coordinated proceedings and adjust strategy.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proofs.
• Assess venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and trial preparation efforts.
