Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Richmond, VA seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage complex civil cases, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation.

The attorney will coordinate with paralegals and case managers, ensure compliance with court orders, MDL developments, and contribute to settlement efforts. Strong organizational and communication skills, JD and US bar admission, and experience with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify are desired.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
