Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join the Bozeman, MT team. You will manage drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation while guiding junior staff. Opportunity exists for leadership in coordinated MDL proceedings.

The role requires JD and bar admission, strong litigation instincts, and proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify. You’ll work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
