Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join a Cheyenne, WY team. The attorney will manage a broad range of litigation duties, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

The role offers potential leadership opportunities in coordinated proceedings, with emphasis on strategy development and mentoring junior staff. JD and active bar admission are required, with strong litigation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
