Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join our Jackson, MS team. You will manage complex litigation, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and support trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership in coordinated proceedings.

Candidates should have JD and bar admission, excellent communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, and comfort with fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent work with collaborative mindset.
• Experience with complex litigation; mentoring preferred.
• Proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw and Litify.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management orders and local rules.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
