Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Biloxi, MS. You will manage litigation duties, draft pleadings, oversee discovery, and assist trial prep while coordinating with paralegals and case managers to follow court orders and firm standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in litigation, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree required and bar admission in at least one state.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Substantial experience with complex litigation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
