Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Hattiesburg, MS to lead case strategy, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and support trial preparation. You will collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The candidate should have a JD, at least 2 years of litigation experience, and familiarity with CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify. This role requires independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
