Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify targets such as consumer contracts and arbitration clauses.
• Analyze agreements for delegation, mass-action waivers, and fee-shifting.
• Develop new legal theories for ongoing cases.
• Conduct go/no-go analyses with articulation of case strengths and weaknesses.
• Litigate procedural and substantive issues in arbitration.
• Collaborate with a leading Mass Arbitration attorney to shape strategy.
