Morgan & Morgan is growing its Mass Arbitration practice and hiring an attorney to work directly with our lead attorney, helping identify cases worth bringing and guiding them through arbitration. This in-office role sits across New York, Chicago, Detroit and Tampa.

We seek a candidate with 3–6 years of experience, a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and an active bar license, who can analyze contracts, craft go/no-go analyses, and litigate matters through arbitration with strong research and

3–6 years of experience in mass arbitration or consumer protection-related practice.
Strong research and writing skills.
Active bar license in good standing and ABA-accredited JD.

Responsibilities

Help identify potential mass arbitration targets, including consumer contracts and arbitration clauses.
Read and analyze contracts for delegation and mass-action provisions; develop theories to apply across the book.
Litigate cases through the arbitration process and write go/no-go analyses with clear weaknesses and strengths.
Collaborate with a leading Mass Arb attorney to guide strategy and growth of the practice.
