Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is expanding its Mass Arbitration practice in a role that supports identification and development of dispute targets and guides arbitration strategy.

You will work closely with a leading Mass Arb attorney to advance cases, read complex contracts, and apply theories across our growing docket in a fast-paced, plaintiff-side environment. This full-time, in-office role offers exposure to high-profile consumer disputes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in mass arbitration or plaintiff-side practice.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar license in good standing required.
• Familiarity with mass arbitration processes and drivers of viability.
• Knowledge of AAA/JAMS consumer rules and how defendants push back.
• Background in mass arbitrations, consumer protection, data privacy, class actions, or high-volume plaintiff work.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential targets and help move cases through the arbitration process.
• Litigate cases through arbitration, handling procedural and substantive issues.
• Collaborate with lead Mass Arb attorney to shape strategy and the practice.
• Read and interpret contracts to spot arbitration issues and leverage strengths.
