Bursor & Fisher, P.A. is seeking a Mass Arbitration Coordinator to support the mass arbitration team in New York, NY.

The role focuses on maintaining claimant relationships as arbitrations progress toward resolution, requiring empathy, strong phone skills, and solid organizational abilities. This is a temporary, project-based position with potential to transition to a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• Must be able to provide documentation of employment authorization; E-Verify.
• Temporary, project-based role lasting 6–12 months with potential extension.
• Excellent phone skills, empathy, organization, and judgment required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as claimant's dedicated point of contact throughout arbitration.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to provide case updates and next steps.
• Follow up with nonresponsive claimants to keep cases progressing.
• Address client questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
• Assist claimants with inquiries on settlement options and oversee settlements when required.
• Maintain organized client files with all case documentation and updates.
