Job summary

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP seeks a Consumer Mass Arbitration Attorney to join our Consumer Litigation Practice in New York. You will manage mass arbitration matters involving false advertising, privacy, and consumer claims, with ownership of matters and a high-volume docket in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of litigation experience, J.D. and bar admission in the U.S., strong research and advocacy skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 3–7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing matters, deadlines, discovery, and filings.
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer mass arbitration matters from initiation through resolution.
• Handle AAA and/or JAMS procedures, deadlines, conferences, hearings, and admin requirements.
• Draft arbitration demands, briefs, motions, discovery requests, and other filings.
• Investigate claims involving false advertising, deceptive marketing, and consumer conduct.
• Develop case strategy with partners and attorneys.
• Oversee discovery, claimant documentation, and large data volumes.
• Communicate with claimants, opposing counsel, and arbitration administrators.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlements.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff; work with tech teams to optimize workflows.
