Job summary

Truist seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager for a mass affluent client portfolio. You will provide comprehensive financial planning, advisory services, and a broad range of Truist retail solutions, including banking, mortgage, investments, and insurance.

You will work with an internal referral network and IRM partners to deepen client relationships and drive growth. The role requires strong sales, interpersonal, and communication skills, with 5+ years in financial services and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training.
• Minimum of five years of financial services experience working with clients dealing with banking, investments, and/or retail lending.
• Active FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, 66) or equivalents and applicable Insurance licenses; must be obtained/transferred within specified windows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of mass affluent clients and deliver a broad range of fee income and retail banking products.
• Establish and update understanding of client financial needs and provide integrated financial planning and advisory services.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and serve as a planning resource for clients and CPAs.
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals through client development and cross-sell across Truist products.
• Collaborate with IRM partners to deliver an integrated client experience and advocate for clients.
