Job summary

TD in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Premier Banker to service a complex mass affluent client portfolio and deliver TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice. You will act as the primary contact, grow relationships, and connect clients to specialists to meet financial needs.

You will proactively outreach, explain banking solutions, and collaborate with internal partners to provide a personalized, connected experience while adhering to regulatory requirements and TD’s client service standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• Active registration with NMLS upon hire.
• SIE exam strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Understanding of retail and small business banking.
• Consultative sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent client relationships.
• Proactively engage clients via phone, email, and meetings.
• Explain banking solutions and coordinate with internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with TD policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide high level service and education to clients.
