Job summary

TD Bank in Brooklyn, New York, is seeking a Premier Banker to manage a mass affluent client portfolio. You will deliver TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice, and connect clients with specialists to meet financial needs.

You will proactively reach out to clients, grow and deepen relationships, and provide legendary service while complying with regulatory requirements. A background in retail banking and consultative sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial / banking experience.
• SIE exam strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Must maintain NMLS registration upon hire.
• Retail and small business banking experience with Mass Affluent.
• Consultative sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent client relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Explain banking solutions and liaise with internal partners in wealth, lending, and sales.
• Acquire new clients via referrals, leads, and outbound prospecting.
• Proactively engage clients by phone, email, and meetings to review financial needs.
• Provide excellent client service and escalate issues per policy.
