Job summary

TD Bank seeks an experienced Premier Banker to manage a mass affluent client portfolio, delivering TD's model of convenience, sales and advice. You will be the primary contact for complex clients, proactively addressing banking needs and coordinating with internal partners to provide holistic solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship growth, proactive outreach, advisory conversations, and adherence to regulatory requirements while leveraging TD’s wealth and lending resources.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• SIE exam completion strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Understanding of retail and small business banking; experience with mass affluent clients.
• Must maintain active NMLS registration upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TD Premier program to eligible clients and act as educator/advisor.
• Proactively reach out to clients via phone, email, and meetings; conduct needs-based conversations.
• Discuss loan products and coordinate applications with appropriate partners.
• Build and deepen mass affluent relationships through referrals and joint pipeline reviews.
• Ensure compliance with TD policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending partners to deepen relationships.
