Job summary

TD Bank, Brooklyn branch, seeks a Premier Banker to manage a mass affluent client portfolio and deliver a personalized banking relationship. The role focuses on growing, deepening, and retaining client relationships with proactive outreach and cross-partner collaboration.

You will explain banking and credit solutions, work with internal partners, and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements. A strong emphasis on consultative sales and impeccable client service is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years financial / banking experience
• SIE exam strongly preferred
• Life & Health license preferred
• Understanding and experience with retail and small business banking; experience interacting with Mass Affluent and high net worth clients
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire
• Consultative sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent relationships by proactively managing client banking needs
• Explain banking solutions and act as a liaison with internal partners in wealth, small business, lending
• Acquire and retain mass affluent clients through referrals and outbound prospecting
• Proactively engage in client outreach via phone, email, and appointments
• Deliver excellence in client service and address moderately complex client concerns
• Adhere to all relevant Retail/Wealth policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead conversations about loan products and oversee application intake
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisor and partners to deepen client pipelines
• Coach bank staff on articulating TD Premier value and referrals
• Ensure compliance with CIP and AML procedures
