Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Premier Banker in Massachusetts to manage a mass affluent client portfolio with an advice-based approach. You will proactively outreach, deepen relationships, and connect clients to specialists to meet financial needs.

You will act as a trusted educator for banking products, collaborate with internal partners, and ensure compliance with FINRA and regulatory requirements while delivering legendary service to a valued client base.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial / banking experience.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Active registration status with NMLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a mass affluent book of business.
• Explain banking solutions to clients and coordinate with internal partners.
• Proactively engage in client outreach and needs-based conversations.
• Provide exceptional client service and address complex client concerns.
• Adhere to Retail/Wealth policies and FINRA/regulatory requirements.
• Lead relationships with partners in Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending.
