TD in New York is seeking a Premier Banker to service a mass affluent client portfolio as the primary contact for complex needs. You will grow, deepen, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach, education of solutions, and coordination with internal partners.

Role requires active NMLS status, understanding of retail and small business banking, and a commitment to compliant, high‑level service and client experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• SIE exam completed preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Active NMLS registration upon hire required.
• Experience with mass affluent, retail and small business banking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Premier program to eligible mass affluent clients.
• Educate clients on products and services and act as advisor.
• Proactively outreach to clients via phone, email, and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal partners for referrals and joint opportunities.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Coach and mentor bank staff on program value and referrals.
