Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2+ years financial/banking experience
• SIE exam strongly preferred
• NMLS registration required upon hire
• Experience with mass affluent clients a plus

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain a mass affluent book of business through proactive outreach
• Explain banking solutions and coordinate with internal partners in wealth, lending, and small business
• Acquire and retain clients via referrals, leads, and prospecting
• Engage in client outreach and conduct needs-based conversations to present appropriate solutions
• Maintain regulatory and policy compliance, including CIP and AML procedures
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisor and partners to deepen client relationships
