Job summary

TD is seeking a Premier Banker to serve as the main contact for a complex mass affluent client portfolio. You will manage relationships, explain banking and credit products, and coordinate with specialists to meet clients' financial needs.

You will proactively reach out to clients, review financial information, and connect them with appropriate partners to deliver a personalized, connected experience. Compliance and ongoing client education are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial / banking experience.
• SIE exam completion preferred.
• Active NMLS registration required upon hire.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Consultative sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain a mass affluent book of business by proactively managing client needs.
• Explain banking solutions and liaise with internal partners across Wealth, Commercial, and Lending.
• Acquire, retain and deepen relationships by converting referrals, leads, and outbound prospecting.
• Proactively outreach to clients via phone, email, and appointments; conduct needs-based conversations.
• Deliver excellent client service, review complex client concerns, and escalate risks as appropriate.
• Adhere to FINRA and TD Wealth policies and procedures.
