Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• SIE exam completion strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Experience with retail and small business banking and mass affluent clients.
• Must maintain active NMLS registration upon hire.
• Consultative sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent client relationships with an advice-based approach.
• Fluently explain banking solutions and act as liaison with internal partners in wealth, lending, and small business.
• Acquire new mass affluent clients through referrals, leads, and outreach.
• Proactively engage clients via phone, email, and meetings to discuss needs and solutions.
• Deliver high-level client service and address moderately complex concerns; escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with TD Bank/TD Wealth policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Wealth Advisor and partners for referrals and joint pipeline reviews.
• Provide ongoing coaching to staff to communicate the program value to clients.
