Job summary

TD Bank, located in Peabody, MA, seeks a Premier Banker to manage a mass affluent client portfolio with a focus on proactive outreach and holistic banking solutions. You will deliver TD’s model of convenience, sales, and advice, building lasting relationships through excellent service and expertise.

You will collaborate with Wealth, Small Business, Lending, and other partners to tailor solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote client success while maintaining active NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial or banking experience.
• SIE exam completed preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Active NMLS registration required upon hire.
• Consultative sales experience required.
• Experience with Mass Affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of retail and small business banking.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain mass affluent client relationships with proactive outreach.
• Explain banking solutions and act as liaison with internal partners.
• Acquire and convert referrals, leads, and outbound prospects.
• Coordinate with Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, and Lending teams.
• Deliver excellent client service and escalate risks when needed.
• Adhere to FINRA and TD policies and procedures; CIP compliance.
