Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Premier Banker in Falmouth, MA to manage a mass affluent client portfolio. You will drive growth through outreach, educate clients on banking solutions, and coordinate with internal partners to meet complex financial needs.

You will maintain active NMLS status, comply with FINRA/Banking regulations, and leverage TD's Wealth and Lending offerings to deepen client relationships. This role emphasizes exceptional service and advisor-like guidance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years financial / banking experience.
• SIE exam strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire.
• Consultative sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the TD Premier program to eligible Clients.
• Knows products and acts as educator and advisor to clients.
• Performs routine and multi-step customer transactions.
• Engages clients via outreach, ongoing engagement, and needs-based conversations.
• Coordinates with partners to deepen relationships in Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending, etc.
• Ensures compliance with TD policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supports loan-related discussions and application processes.
• Leads coaching for bank staff to articulate program value.
