Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years financial / banking experience.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Must maintain active NMLS registration upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Grow, deepen, and retain a mass affluent client book of business with an advice-based approach.
• Explain banking solutions and coordinate with internal partners across Wealth, Commercial, Small Business, Lending.
• Proactively engage in client outreach via phone, email, and meetings to review financial information and recommend solutions.
• Deliver excellent client service and escalate issues/risks per policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing coaching to staff on the Premier program.
• Ensure compliance with TD Bank and TD Wealth policies and regulatory requirements.
