Job summary

Citadel Masonry, the masonry division of Monteith Construction, is seeking a skilled project coordinator/manager to oversee field operations in Wilmington, NC. You will ensure projects meet contract and quality standards while directing daily activities and maintaining safety.

Join a team that values collaboration over ego and practical problem solving. Procore and Newforma experience is preferred; willingness to travel within NC/SC and work non-traditional hours when needed is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects per contract and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction schedules.
• Willingness to travel within NC/SC.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards.
• Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and assuring that project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, and quality are met.
• Maintaining daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, and E-mail correspondence.
• Promoting and maintaining safety, health, and cleanliness on the jobsite.
• Attending pre-construction, progress and other project meetings.
• Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Project management software experience strongly preferred; Procore, Newforma, etc.
• Ability to read and understand construction schedules.
• Ability to travel (NC / SC).
• Ability to work non-traditional hours when needed.

What You'll Do At Citadel

The pay range for this role is:

75,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Monteith Wilmington)
